An update from site: Kenton Court

The team at Kenton Court, our development of 25 apartments for affordable rent, welcomed representatives from the London Borough of Lewisham and Lewisham Homes for a site visit.

Kenton Court is located in Sydenham, and the site is busy as work continues at pace.

Representatives from both the London Borough of Lewisham and Lewisham Homes – our client – were taken through latest developments by Kevin McGrath, the contracts manager responsible for Kenton Court.

Kevin then provided our visitors with a site walk around, which also included a tour of one of the apartments which has been built for wheelchair access. This includes wider passageways with turning circles for wheelchairs and adjustable height worktops in the kitchens.
