Successful Investors In People reaccreditation

Earlier this month, the Bugler Group team was delighted to be reaccredited as Silver Investors In People and also achieved our first wellbeing accreditation.

Following a visit from the Investors In People team across our office and our sites, we have retained our Silver status, and in doing so, have been an Investors In People business since 2005.

The accreditation team reflected positively on several aspects:

• A voice for our people
• Adaptions we’re making for the future.

For the first time, we have also achieved accreditation as Investors In People: Wellbeing. This highlights our commitment to our team’s wellbeing and our partnership with mental health organisations including Mates In Mind.
