Bugler Developments are pleased to announce that our team at Vandome Close have received an LABC Warranty Site Recognition Award for July 2025.
Paul Maskell, Project Manager at Vandome Close, was presented the award by Julian Roper from LABC. Paul and Julian were also joined by Bugler Developments Construction Director Ben Ephgrave, Senior Site Manager Jonathan Fox, and Social Value and Community Manager Helena O’Keeffe.
We are building 55 apartments for affordable rent, for the London Borough of Newham, forming part of the Custom House Regeneration Scheme. Work is progressing well on site, with Blocks A and C at the point of second fixing throughout. First fixing activities are taking place across Block B. External works currently involve the construction of boundary walls and other groundworks which have commenced.
Ben Ephgrave said, “It is fantastic for Paul, Jonathan and the team to be recognised by LABC for the work undertaken on site. We will carry on working to our high standards across the project as we continue with the delivery of 55 new affordable homes for the London Borough of Newham.
