On Tuesday, 2nd June, several of the Bugler Group team attended the Herts Housing Conference 2026.
In addition to catching up with colleagues across the housing sector and attending insightful talks, our CEO, Andy Bugler, chaired a workshop on “The Regeneration of Stevenage, Bugler Group and Stevenage Borough Council working in collaboration”. Andy was joined by Ash Ahmed, Director of Land Development and Neighbourhood Regeneration at Stevenage Borough Council, Jeremy Graham, COO at Bugler Developments, and James Chell, Bugler Group Land Director.
The session was well attended and wide ranging, covering the Stevenage Development Programme, and an overview of two live projects being delivered in partnership with by Bugler Developments: Brent Court, an 86 apartment HRB, and Phase One of The Oval regeneration, which includes 91 new homes, a new church and community centre. The session was followed by questions from the audience.
