Councillor Hamed, Portfolio Holder for Adult Social Care, Public Health and Equalities, said:
âSchemes like these demonstrate how focussed the council is in making sure people can live more independent and fulfilling lives, and itâs exciting for us to be able to deliver truly affordable homes, at council rent levels.”
âWe want to increase opportunities for people to live a happy and healthy life, and meeting the growing housing needs and aspirations of our residents is an important part of that.”
âWe are putting people at the heart of this project and will be working closely with future tenants to understand their individual needs and empower them to make their own choices. I look forward to seeing this project come to life and to welcoming new residents into their homes in the years ahead.â
