Our latest update from site comes from Sutton, and our Beech Tree Place project, which we are building for the London Borough of Sutton.
Following on from our recent Topping Out Ceremony, where we welcomed representatives from LB Sutton, Project Manager Mark Bowron has shared the following news as work proceeds across all four blocks of the 92-home scheme.
Mark said, “The team continues to work hard across site, and each of the four blocks A-D have slightly different works underway. In Block A, we are 2nd Fixing carpentry, kitchens and electrics. In Block B, the façade brick and blockwork is complete to the second floor, and we are also connecting the district heating network pipes to the communal areas.
Meanwhile, in Blocks C and D, Brick and Blockwork is complete to the 6th Floor. Dry lining is complete to the 3rd Floor. We are 1st Fixing mechanical and electrical across the 1st and 2nd Floor, and on the roofs, the Tapered Scheme is in progress.
Finally, we were pleased to recently be awarded 44/45 following a Considerate Constructors Scheme visit, which is testament to the hard work of all involved at Beech Tree Place, and the high standards upheld by everyone.”
