This Living Wage Week (10th–16th November 2025), we’re celebrating our commitment to fair pay as part of a growing movement of over 16,000 UK employers dedicated to paying a real Living Wage based on the true cost of living.
This year’s theme focuses on ‘the difference it makes’, recognising how the real Living Wage, Living Hours and LivingPension transform employment and transform lives.
