World Mental Health Day 2023

Tuesday, 10th October 2023 is World Mental Health Day.

To coincide with the day, we have launched an updated Mental Health and Wellbeing Page on our Company Intranet. This provides a refreshed platform for our team to access several resources to support their mental health and wellbeing, including signposting to useful external support services.

We are also encouraging our team to take part in the World’s Biggest Mental Health Check In in collaboration with The Lighthouse Club – a Construction Industry Charity, and Make It Visible.

One Million Lives is a free mental health check developed by Jacobs and clinical psychologists to help you understand how you’re currently coping and provide suggestions for building resiliency.
