Little Strand Team wins Inaugural Bugler ‘S.H.E. Award’

Across Bugler Developments, we have launched a quarterly safety, health, and environmental (S.H.E.) recognition award. The initiative’s aim is to reward our site teams for performance beyond compliance.

The award considers internal and external site inspections scores, engagement with the community and promotion of industry best practice on site.

Our inaugural winners were the Little Strand site team, led by Ged Xidhas (Project Manager) and Michal Gwiazda (Senior Site Manager). Their work was recognised with an Amazon Voucher reward.

The Little Strand team has overcome the complexities of building on three satellite sites within a busy residential area of North London, where we are delivering 12 houses and 23 apartments for Barnet Homes.

Early engagement with the local community has minimised disruption to residents and the local school. Site inspection scores have consistently shown high performance and the subcontracted workforce have clearly bought into the positive S.H.E. culture that is advocated by the management.
