Groundbreaking at Sullivan Crescent

In November 2023, the Bugler Developments team were pleased to make the short journey from our Rickmansworth HQ to join representatives from Hillingdon at the groundbreaking event at Sullivan Crescent, Harefield.

Sullivan Crescent will be a development of six houses built for Hillingdon and a spade in the ground marks a key early milestone for the project which will be completed by the Autumn 2024.

Andy Bugler, Bugler Group CEO attended on the day, and said, “We are delighted to renew our successful working relationship with the London Borough of Hillingdon and look forward to completing these much needed affordable family homes in the Borough. It was great to be joined by councillors Lavery and Bianco alongside their colleagues from the Development Team at Hillingdon at the event and the Bugler Team are really looking forward to cracking on with the development in the coming months.”

Cllr Jonathan Bianco, Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Property,  Highways and Transport, said: “We’re continuing to fulfil our commitment of delivering high quality, affordable homes for residents. 

In a borough with swathes of protected green space and areas of dense housing we’ve had to explore various solutions for delivering new homes, including building on brownfield sites that have previously laid vacant or unused.

Partnering with Bugler to bring their experience to schemes such as Sullivan Crescent allows us to deliver on our home-building promise in a way that minimises our impact on the borough.”
