An event to celebrate the official completion of Haydon Close development in Hampton Wick was attended by Richmond Mayor Nancy Balwin, senior executives and representatives from RHP LB of Richmond, FitzRoy and Bugler. The event included the planting of a tree by Mayor Baldwin and RHP Chairman John Newbury and a performance from the joint Choirs of local schools Hampton Wick and St Johns.
Haydon Close incorporates; a ten bedroom care home with ‘state of the art’ equipment, one x 5 bed shared house and three x 1 bed flats for independent living, four x 3 bed houses, eight x 2 bed, two x 1 bed and one x 3 bed flats for affordable rent including two fully accessible wheelchair units.
We are delighted with the completed development delivered in partnership with RHP, the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and FitzRoy. Working together to deliver affordable housing in the area, providing a significant contribution to the local community in much-needed affordable housing and a Care Home.
