Provision of 23 contemporary homes for social rent and a new children’s play area.

We were delighted to be awarded our second contract for Lewisham Homes just before Christmas; the re-development of part of the Somerville Estate in Wellington Close, Peckham. The new development will involve the demolition of the existing building at 2-27 Wellington Close and the provision of 23 contemporary homes for social rent and a new children’s play area and additional amenity space.

Initial activities will include clearance of planning conditions and agreeing on the highways re-design with the local authority. A start on site for demolition works is planned for March 2021.
