Ben Ephgrave joins as Construction Director

The team at Bugler Developments are delighted to welcome Ben Ephgrave, who recently joined us to take on the role of Construction Director.

As a result of continued positive growth across the Bugler Group, Ben will take on this key role supporting and enabling the work of our site teams.

Ben has 24 years’ experience in the construction industry and has worked his way up from Trainee Site Manager to Construction Director across four companies: Willmott Dixon, Hill Partnerships, Morris Homes and most recently Tilia Homes. He has extensive experience of successfully delivering highly detailed construction projects in our marketplace as well as sales-driven developments.
