An update from site: Dacorum Projects (Part One)
We’re showcasing our projects across the borough of Dacorum – starting with Paradise Fields, Marchmont Fields and Eastwick Row. We have a long-standing relationship with Dacorum Borough Council, who are our client for each of these schemes.

Paradise Fields
At Paradise Fields, in Hemel Hempstead we are in the process of building 58 apartments for affordable rent. Set across three blocks, with striking feature stonework to the upper floors, the site has been busy with activity. Guy Sagal, Site Manager, provides us with the update below.
“On Block A, flooring has been finished to the first floor and final decks on the second floor. External cladding and stonework is in the process of being finished and the plant room is being installed. Block B meanwhile has seen plastering to the communal areas and second fix carpentry, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works. Finally, on Block C, windows are being installed and screeding is being completed. The third floor superstructure is being built and first fix activity for MEP is in progress”.

Marchmont Fields
At Marchmont Fields, also in Hemel Hempstead, we are building 32 apartments for social rent. The site is set across six blocks of houses and apartments. Calvin Moss, Senior Site Manager, has the following update.
“Across the site, groundworks are well underway to the housing blocks. Meanwhile, the apartment-focused blocks have block and brickwork in progress as we look to advance across all areas. The site is busy with activity and we are looking forward to seeing the development advance.”

Eastwick Row
At Eastwick Row, another of our sites in Hemel Hempstead, we are moving forward with plans to re-start this scheme having taken over the contracting role earlier this year. Eastwick Row will see Bugler Developments provide 34 apartments for Dacorum Borough Council, a stone’s throw from our Paradise Fields site.
