An update from site: Bell Road (January 2023)

At Bell Road, we are building 127 apartments for A2 Dominion, in the heart of Hounslow.

Our site update comes from Project Manager, Ricky McGuirk.

“In December, we made good progress with internal 2nd Fix works in Blocks A and B, and 1st Fix works in Blocks C and D.

Externally, we also saw scaffolding erected to all four blocks, A through D. This has allowed window fitting to near completion which is a good step for the site.

Brickwork also took a big step forward and is now complete up to the fourth floor of Blocks A and B (the Bell Road elevation) whilst Block C and D brickwork is almost complete to the third floor.

At the start of 2023, the site is full of activity, and with services connections for both power and water beginning now, the next two months will be busy as connections to site are switched on.”
